Plenty of contractor websites open with an enormous average rating and a review count. We have left that off deliberately, because a number printed on our own website is not evidence of anything. Anyone can type a number.
The reviews above are real, they are attributed to real customers by name, and if you want to check the ratings they belong to, the links go straight to Google, Yelp and Facebook where the counts live and where we cannot edit them.
That is the same instinct behind publishing our maintenance plan prices and behind refusing to quote a replacement on a system we have not properly tested. If a claim can be checked, we would rather you checked it.
A claim you can check beats a number we typed ourselves.

Why do so many mention same day service?
Because it is genuinely what we try to do on urgent calls, and because the phone is answered around the clock so the clock starts when you call rather than when an office opens.
How do I leave a review?
