Real jobs, real houses, no stock photos
Every photograph on this website came off a Merckle phone at an actual job in Northwest Florida. None of it was bought.
Work from around the Emerald Coast
Plumbing and air conditioning photography is not glamorous. It is trenches, attics, crawl spaces, corroded pipe and equipment in various states of giving up. That is the job, and showing it honestly seemed more useful than buying pictures of a smiling stranger holding a wrench.
About these photos
Are these really your photos?
Yes. Every one was taken on a Merckle job in Walton, Okaloosa, Washington, Holmes or Bay county. We do not use stock photography anywhere on this site, including the pages you have already scrolled past.
Why are some of them so unglamorous?
Because the work is. A photo of a rotted cast iron pipe or a flooded crawl space tells you more about what we actually deal with than a staged studio shot ever could.
Can I see work in my specific town?
Call and ask. We work across five counties and can usually tell you about something similar nearby. The service areas page breaks down what we typically run into town by town.
Do you photograph every job?
Not every one, but customers on the Whole Home maintenance plan get a written condition report with photos as part of the visit, so you can see what we saw.
Will you take before and after photos on my job?
If you want them, ask and we will. It is useful for insurance claims and for anything you may need to show a landlord, an HOA or a future buyer.
Want yours to look like this?
Call 850-318-5777 and tell us what is happening, or send a note. If you are weighing up whether to get on a maintenance plan, the prices are published.
