Tell us what it is doing
Describe the noise, the smell, the puddle or the room that will not cool down. You do not need the right words for it. Working that out is our job.

How to reach us
The fastest route is the phone, and it is answered around the clock by a real person rather than an answering service. If it is an emergency we will tell you straight away whether it needs somebody tonight or whether it can safely wait until morning, and we will tell you honestly even when the answer is the cheaper one.
If it is not urgent, the form works fine and we will come back to you.

The more detail the better. What it is doing, when it started, and anything you have already tried.
Where we come from
We are based in Freeport and work roughly thirty miles out, which covers Walton, Okaloosa, Washington, Holmes and Bay counties. That takes in the 30A towns, Destin and Niceville, DeFuniak Springs, and east to Panama City Beach.
If you are not certain whether your address is inside that, call and ask. It is a short conversation and we would rather answer it than have you guess. The service areas page lists every town with notes on what we typically run into in each one.
Not sure what you need yet? The plumbing services and HVAC services lists cover everything we do, and the maintenance plans are priced openly. You can also look at recent work before you decide.
Before you call
What counts as an emergency?
Water you cannot stop, sewage backing up into the house, a gas smell, or no cooling in genuinely dangerous heat, particularly with elderly people or small children in the house. If you smell gas, leave first and call from outside.
Will somebody actually answer at 3am?
Yes. A real person, not a machine. That is the point of saying we are open 24 hours.
How much detail should I give you?
As much as you can. When it started, what changed, whether anything was worked on recently, and what you have already tried. It genuinely shortens the visit and it can occasionally solve the thing over the phone at no charge.
Do you charge to come out and look?
Call and ask, and we will tell you plainly before we drive anywhere. We do not spring anything on people at the door.
Can I get a rough idea of cost before you visit?
For maintenance plans, the rates are already printed on the pricing page. For repairs it depends entirely on what is wrong, which is exactly why we diagnose before we quote rather than guessing on the phone and then revising it upward.
