Most of what gets replaced around here could have been repaired.
Plumbing and heating and air, both trades under one license holder. Noah Merckle started the company in 2022 to do higher quality work at a fair price for the community he lives in, and that is still the whole business plan.

One license holder, both trades
Most of the expensive problems in a Florida house sit exactly where plumbing and HVAC meet. A condensate line that backs up into a closet. A water heater venting into the same space as an air handler. A gas line feeding both a range and a furnace. When one company holds both certifications, nobody gets to point at the other guy.

Why Noah Merckle started the company in 2022
That sounds like something everybody says. The difference is what it rules out. It rules out quoting a new system when a capacitor would have fixed it. It rules out the after-hours multiplier. It rules out the guy who shows up, sucks air through his teeth, and starts talking about your whole house instead of the thing you called about.
Our techs are expected to explain what failed and why it failed, in plain words, before anyone talks about money. If a repair is the right answer, you get the repair. If a system is genuinely done, we will show you the readings that say so and you can decide.
That is also why the maintenance plan prices are published on this site. You should not have to sit through a sales visit to find out what something costs.
The list of things we will not do is short and it is the whole point: no quoting a replacement on a system nobody has properly tested, no invented after-hours multiplier, and no leaving your house dirtier than we found it.
Maintenance, priced in public
Think of it like an oil change for your home. Two visits a year on the HVAC side, an annual walk on the plumbing side, and a written report with photos so you are not just taking our word for it. Seniors and military take 5% off.
What actually happens when you call
You get a person, not a menu. Tell them what it is doing in whatever words you have. Nobody expects you to know the difference between a capacitor and a contactor, and you will not be made to feel stupid for describing a noise as a noise.
We ask a few questions to work out whether this is a tonight problem or a tomorrow problem, and we tell you honestly which one it is. Saying it can wait costs us the after-hours premium and we say it anyway, because the alternative is selling you panic.
Then a licensed tech comes out and diagnoses it properly before quoting anything. On the air side that means temperature split across the coil, static pressure, refrigerant pressures, and the electrical parts that die first in this heat. On the plumbing side it means working out whether the trouble is supply or drainage before anything gets cut, because those two lead in opposite directions and guessing wrong is expensive.
You get told what we found, in plain words, along with what it takes to fix and what happens if you leave it. Then you decide. If it is a repair, we repair it. If something is genuinely finished we will show you the readings that say so rather than asking you to take our word for it.
Nothing gets done that you did not agree to, and we put your house back the way we found it. That last part sounds small until somebody has not done it for you.

Things people ask before they call
Do you really answer at two in the morning?
Yes. The phone rolls to a real person, not a call center that takes a message and emails it to us at nine. If your water heater let go at midnight or your AC quit in August, that is exactly when you need somebody to pick up.
How fast can you get out here?
For genuine emergencies we try for same day, and most of the time we make it. Several of the reviews on this page mention same-day service without us asking them to. For non-urgent work we will give you a real window instead of a vague morning-or-afternoon.
Are you going to try to sell me a whole new system?
No. We fix what is broken when fixing it is the right call. If a system genuinely cannot be repaired economically we will explain why, show you the readings, and give you the options. Avoiding that particular sales tactic is a large part of why this company exists.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes. Office buildings, apartment complexes, hotels, and restaurant kitchens, on both the plumbing and the mechanical side. Commercial jobs get scheduled around your operating hours rather than ours wherever that is possible.
Why does everything around here need a grinder pump?
A lot of this area sits low and flat, so parts of the sewer system run on low pressure force main instead of gravity. Those homes need an individual grinder pump. It is a normal piece of equipment, it just needs occasional attention, and most people do not think about theirs until the alarm light comes on.
What licenses do you hold?
Florida certified plumbing contractor CFC1429646 and certified mechanical contractor CMC1250426. Both are held by Noah personally, and you can look them up on the state’s license portal if you want to check.
Tell us what it is doing
Describe the noise, the smell, the puddle, or the room that will not cool down. You do not need the right terminology. That is our job.
Call 850-318-5777 any hour, or send it in writing and we will get back to you. You can also look at the work first if you would rather.
